Imagine that, an Airline CEO who blames his employees for the companies woes! I’ve been with my Airline for 24 years, and each time I think to myself that it can’t get any worse, it does. It is a good thing for the Company that Aviation is so addicting in and of itself, because anyone who would work for an airline today based solely on pay and benefits would be a fool.
